Founded by American and Dutch employees of oil refineries of Ploiești
region. First Romanian joins in 1911. In 1914, foreigners left the country.
The team dived in two others: Romanian-American Society Bucharest - Roma
- (Societatea Româno-Americană București), which won the national championship
in 1914-15 (after WWI, it dissappeared) and, another team, Prahova Ploiești.
Before and after WWII, it plays mostly in B and C Leagues, except in 1930-31
and 1946-47 when the club is in A League. In 1947, Prahova merges with
Concordia. After 2000, there is no official data.
